Dear all,

As we look back on 2024, it’s clear that this has been a transformative year for Poster & Frame. Together, we’ve achieved remarkable milestones, embraced significant changes, and laid the foundation for even greater success in the years to come.

From expanding our presence globally to streamlining operations and enhancing our organizational structure, we’ve accomplished a lot. Some key highlights include:

  • Establishment of our U.S. subsidiary (Poster & Frame Inc.)

  • Update of our partner portal

  • Massive cleanup and organization of production

  • Acquisition of two companies that strengthen the company’s position

  • Established a partnership with Obsidian

  • New major clients, including chains like Galleri Lafeyette, Leroy Merlin, Maisons Du Monde, and many more

  • Set up a system for continuous print file management

  • Development of a lightning-fast “Quote Machine” for our customers

  • Significant progress on upgrading our webshops to Shopify 2.0

  • Implementation of new and effective production machines

  • Professionalization, including:

    • The company’s first ESG report (ready in January)

    • Revision of production contracts

    • Employee handbook

    • Large shared office space

    • A “real” meeting room

    • Shared lunches (partially)

    • Defined recruitment process

    • Organizational chart

    • More shared leadership

    • Internal newsletters for better communication

    • Made our workplace more inviting with plants, artwork, and updated decor

A special thank you goes to production and Back Office, who have truly pulled together during Christmas and Black Friday. It’s especially impressive what you’ve achieved in such a busy period – your efforts have been crucial to delivering at such a high level.

As part of our continued professionalization, I would like to encourage everyone to:

  • The entrance/hall: This is the first impression for our customers and suppliers, and it’s also the first thing we see when we come into work. Please ensure the area is always clean and tidy.

  • Smartplan: Remember to check in and out in Smartplan – this applies to everyone, including non-hourly employees / fixed-salary employees, and also includes lunch breaks.

  • Organizational structure: It’s important that we all adhere to the new organizational structure. This is a key element in our professionalization and ensures alignment in everything.

In 2025, we will place special focus on B2B sales, further professionalization, employee well-being, and business optimization.

It is clearer than ever that our growth journey depends on focusing on these critical areas.

On a personal note, I’m honored to have been offered the role of Managing Director in addition to my current position. I approach this role with great dedication and focus on further developing the company. I would also like to thank everyone for the positive feedback I’ve received, and I look forward to another year where we together will create even stronger foundations for our future growth, well-being, and success.

Thank you for your efforts and for a great collaboration.

Best regards,

Peter Dueholm

CFO & Managing Director
